Bibelöversättning i bloggform

För den som är intresserad av nytestamentlig grekiska tipsar NT Gateway Weblog om det översättningsprojekt som drivs på The New Testament in Plain English. Projektet går ut på att i bloggform, dvs på själva bloggen, översätta bibeln till engelska. Vem som helst får delta, och man diskuterar vers för vers. Man skriver:

The New Testament in Plain English is about rendering the Bible in a simple, effective English everyone can understand. However, producing the translation is not the aim, as such -- the process of discussion, debate, research and exploration as a motley group of mavericks and scholars work through the challenges and delights of translating the New Testament is the aim in itself.
